My approach is to focus on you as a whole person. The challenges you face in your sport often reflect deeper human struggles, and that’s where I come in. I work with athletes ages 12 and up, helping you navigate not just the pressures of competition, but also the emotional, mental, and personal aspects that affect your overall well-being.

I work with individuals, couples, and families in Minnesota, ages 12 and up, to address a wide range of concerns. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relational issues, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life, I’m here to support you in finding the clarity, healing, and growth you deserve.
We’ll explore how underlying issues, such as ADHD, attachment styles, and unresolved life transitions, may be affecting your relationships and overall well-being. If you’ve experienced trauma, grief, or loss, or are navigating the challenges of parenting or women’s issues, together we’ll work through those struggles and build resilience for lasting change.
